9 male portraits depicting charismatic personalities, photographed on the street and skateboarding for over 15 years. Faces that are an icon of youthful rebellion, a symbol of breaking away from accepted convention.

I made many hand-drawn sketches to convey a piercing gaze or grimace, as well as to choose the appropriate way of cutting the matrix for a specific character. I cut the works on 50\70cm linoleum. I wanted to convey the shape of the body, chiaroscuro, space, texture and monumentality. The background was cut out so that it was light on the print by cutting out thick horizontal lines, gray or black, left intact. Each print is black and white in 100/70 format.
